Meet Lisa

I’m a mother to three mostly grown humans and have been teaching and facilitating in the East Bay of Northern California 23 years. I love creating spaces where people can be real—with parenting struggles, life questions, and the messy beauty of being human.

Community is how I learn and how I teach. (You won’t find me on social media) I light up when I’m with people—yes, even on Zoom. That’s where the energy is. That’s where something true happens.

Over the years, I’ve taught Parenting with Positive Discipline, led Wild Writing® Circles, and facilitated everything from Brené Brown’s The Daring Way™ to building backyard worm bins, and making natural cleaners. Lately, I’m deep into improv!!!

My work focuses on parenting education, coaching, and small group writing circles. Parenting stretches us in unique and powerful ways. I love to support parents in that satisfying growth and offer one-on-one coaching, community talks, and group series for parents, as well as Wild Writing® circles for anyone craving connection and creativity.

If you’d like to stay in touch, I send infrequent, heartfelt emails with invitations to circles and the occasional real-life reflection—no noise, no pressure.
