Writing Circles
Alongside my work with parents, I also lead Wild Writing® Circles. This work is separate from my parent coaching. These circles for anyone who wants to make more space for writing in their lives.
You have a real desire to write. You think about it, notice things you want to capture, and tell yourself you’ll make time for it. But somehow, you rarely do.
Writing Circles are an invitation to show up, put pen to paper, and see what unfolds. It’s an hour to hear your own voice without critique or the pressure to polish or perform.
This gentle yet powerful practice helps quiet the inner critic, deepen self-trust, and remind us of the beauty in our ordinary, extraordinary lives.
Everything shared in the circle is kept confidential.
“This circle is unique from other online writing groups and workshops out there. It’s about freely generating work and supporting others to do the same. This group helps quiet the inner critic, gives me permission to say what feels urgent, and helps me access the stories that have been waiting to be told.”

Wild Writing A writing practice that gives you more than words on a page
Each Circle starts with a poem, a prompt, and a little encouragement. During timed interval bursts, we write continuously, allowing whatever comes.
Afterward, we take turns reading our unedited writing aloud. There’s no critique, no feedback, and no need to explain yourself. We simply honor each other through deep listening and of course, everything is kept confidential.
Wild Writing can help you:
Make consistent time for something you keep meaning to do
Get past the inner critic long enough to hear what you actually want to say
Pay closer attention to the small, meaningful details of your life
Become more comfortable trusting and sharing your own voice
Create raw material you can return to later, whether you write purely for yourself or have bigger creative goals
Over time, my groups become more than a place to write. We become a small, familiar community where we feel known, supported, and more at ease sharing our voice.
Join an upcoming Wild Writing Circle
Circles meet weekly on Zoom in small groups, so you can build a consistent practice and get to know the people you’re writing alongside.
Bring a Wild Writing Circle to your event
I also facilitate private Wild Writing Circles for reunions, professional development, retreats, bridal showers, and special gatherings.
It’s a meaningful way to slow down together, reflect, and connect through writing without putting anyone on the spot to perform or explain.
I’ll guide the experience so your group can simply show up, write, listen, and see what unfolds.
“Let go of everything when you write, and try at a simple beginning with simple words to express what you have inside. It won’t begin smoothly. Allow yourself to be awkward. You are stripping yourself. You are exposing your life, not how your ego would like to see you represented, but how you are as a human being. And it is because of this that I think writing is religious. It splits you open and softens your heart toward the homely world.”
